Cancellations

Free Cancellations: Cancel more than 24 hours before your session for no charge.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will incur a 50% fee. Any fee will not transfer to future services.

Rescheduling: You can reschedule up to 2 hour before the session starts. Please contact us (email: info@topfivejapan.com) if you have any questions about cancellations or rescheduling!

Refunds

There are no refunds for any reason.
